Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or publish content on Niuspat.

By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over. Niuspat is not intended for children.

Using Niuspat

You may use Niuspat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Use automated tools to abuse or disrupt the service.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Use Niuspat in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

As Niuspat evolves, we may add, modify or remove features at any time.

Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you create and publish on Niuspat.

By publishing an audiopod or other content, you grant Niuspat a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your content is your own, or you have permission to publish it.
• Your content does not infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
• Your content complies with these Terms of Service.

You may edit or delete your content at any time. Deleted content may remain in backups for a limited period before being permanently removed.

Community Standards

Niuspat encourages thoughtful public conversation.

You agree not to publish or promote:

• Harassment, bullying or personal attacks.
• Hate speech or unlawful discrimination.
• Explicit sexual content.
• Spam or deceptive content.
• Misinformation intended to deceive or cause harm.
• Content that infringes the rights of others.
• Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, terrorism, fraud, intimate-image abuse, threats of violence, and material that encourages unlawful activity.

Moderation

To protect the community, Niuspat may:

• Remove content that violates these Terms.
• Restrict or suspend accounts.
• Investigate reports of abuse.
• Cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the platform and its users. We apply these rules consistently.

Illegal content and reporting

Niuspat is a user-to-user service. We take proportionate steps to prevent users encountering illegal content, and we remove illegal content as soon as practicable once we become aware of it.

You can report content:

• From an audiopod or comment, using Report (signed-in users).
• On the Safety page, including if you do not have an account.

Reports of child sexual abuse material or terrorism are reviewed first. Other illegal-content reports are reviewed as soon as practicable. We may restrict or suspend accounts and may cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

If we hide your content or restrict your account and you believe that was wrong, you can appeal through the Safety page. We will review appeals in good faith.

Privacy

Your use of Niuspat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Intellectual Property

The Niuspat name, logo, design and software remain the property of Niuspat unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of the content they publish.

Availability

We work hard to keep Niuspat available and reliable.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability or freedom from technical errors.

Features may change as the platform develops.

Limitation of Liability

Niuspat is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niuspat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.

When significant changes are made, we will notify users through the platform where appropriate.

Continued use of Niuspat after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
